98-02 Accord J30A1 V6 Turbo Kit? Does it exist?
In order to do a turbo kit, it would have to be a complete custom job. There are no turbo kits available for 6th gen v6 accords. HKS acutally developed one a few years back but it was never produced because of the weak transmission. If you want forced induction, you could always look into the Comptech Supercharger kit. http://www.comptechusa.com

I am sure Comptech's prototype blower back in 98' make more power than the production model you can buy today.
the thing is, it's not the blower/hardware/electronic can't put down more boost or power, the weakest link is the automatic transmission.
you'll end up facing the same issue when you up 250-300 whp from your custom turbo or whatever FI route you go.
a good twin t3t04 will get you up at least 300whp with standalone management but the question is how long will the tranny last.
and to answer you q's there's no complete, off the shelf turbo for 98-02 v6 accord.
