So what are your opinions on the setup? I'm considering that for my next car cause I want more off the line grunt.

thanks, I like it so far it feels nice to have some ***** when under 5 k , traction seems to be a issue up threw 3rd gear , installation was lil more complexed than i thought , http://www.lhtperformance.net had no problems at all, i think he said he installed at least 15-20 of these in ef's , movement of the heater lines , gsr alternator, type r fuel rail where needed to make this setup work

SC looks good, but I'm really interested in that hood. Do you have some pics from other angles?

its a Vis Racing JDM style for USDM front ends (they sent me the wrong hood, i wanted the ZC style) but this will work

the color is off a Audi TT

notice rolled carbon edges, exellent fitment, horrible tech support from VIS

Can you please show some pics of the moved heater lines you mentioned.
I would also like to see some pics of the clearance between the brake master cylinder and the blower. I'm told it is tight.
Also what mounts are you using?
How much boost?

I want to do the same thing to my 89HF w/GSR engine and B16 head.

heres some closer pics (pic ***** ----> me)

had to cut and re-weld intake since the TB sit so down low (the jrsc for the ef b16 which can be found at Hasport has a neck for the TB to be raised up) looks to be more restrictive.

shot of the fuel rail and injetors , had to use a type r fuel rail due to fitting purposes

shot of the pulley side (driver side) right near the strut tower section

under the master cylinder u can see how tight the fit is

passenger side , under the TB is where the heater lines run , he re-routed these lines to keep heat believe it or not it gets cold in Florida, from what I understand this is a pain in the *** to do

i always wanted some guages

all this was done using HCP mounts

To a very nice car
To supporting good shops, keep them in business!

How much boost are you going to run? with a JRSC can you adjust boost levels? also, why a SC over turbo? just curious

within a few months Ill get it dyno tuned , MY ems systems allows me to upload programs without taking the ecu out, which is nice but Im not ready to start messing with that, Im running 7psi as of now , with the Zdyne and 440cc injectors I can upgrade to 10psi with a smaller pulley, Ever since I saw this black CRX about 6 yrs ago with a JRSC on a d16a6 , the way he jumped off the line I made it my personal mission in life to have that feeling. I know turbo has more power in the long run, but for street racing around town I have the edge. torque ownz
