i would go with the crower dual valve springs........they are very good and designed for those cams...........you dont need the ti-retainers but at least get the valve springs.....

if you ever have any problems with the cams later on in the future crower will put the blaim on the non-crower valve springs.

Bad advice IMHO. If you are installing cams and NOT checking seat pressure, coil bind, and stem boss clearance, then keep a stock cam.

Can't slap on parts with out triple checking and expect everything to work forever.

BTW a Tuner SOHC will outrun a Parts Slapper DOHC everytime.

mista: your right, but the thing is that the company sells these as just another bolt on part, they claim it will work with stock springs, retainers, people follow their specs..and it still happens

as a corporation they make a profit, with this proper R&D should be the outcome, and find out if it will work with a certain setups, all they have to do is just slap it on there, follow their instructions and see if it fails, if it does, why??? but they have not answered that question, they keep on blaming it on faulty installation, which seem not right, at least to me

I haven't heard of that many ITR/CTR cam installs failing or even Spoon or Toda Skunk2 at first had a problem, they admitted that the parts were improperly manufactured and they have changed and it hasn't happened.
