I see all these confusing posts about what goes into the actual 5 speed manual transmission. What fluid do i put in it. Can i use 10w-30 motor oil in the transmission or not. If not do i use gear oil or what, thanks.

 

Honda MTF or GM syncromesh.Much smoother action than motor oil.
