Go with Eagle. Equal quality and half the price, I don't see any other option.

Both the I beam & H beam rods are great.. but if you use the the Eagle/Endyn Rod you will have to notch the block. I am currently using the Crower I-Beam rods..

You have ONLY ONE CHOICE!

Crower for $650+.

Eagle doesn't make rods for 1.5L's.

Jared, Eagle don't make D15 rods.

Jeff, the newest D16 rods from Eagle no longer require notching of the block.

Notching the block. Look at the pic above of the bottom of the block. That is a notched block. Notice there is notches to make room for the rods to do their stroke. Eagle rods may need this modification.

Notching the block isnt that big of a deal at all. 15 mins with a die grinder your done..

The new Endyn Rods dont have to be notched? Cool.. good info to know..
But I would spin the motor over a few times by hand and watch that clearance. My crower rods are damn close.

Endyn Designed those rods for Eagle...

http://www.theoldone.com/components/rods/

That's just like saying Endyn doesnt make Pistons, Wiseco Does, Endyn Designs them. Just like JE/SRP pistons are all made by Wiseco.
