Default lightened stock flywheel???

I need help finding a place that lightens stock flywheels and makes sure they are still balanced. I live in seattle. Any place that i can send to and have it done will work. Thanks

because my friend is doing a buget mini-me motor and is trying to do it for as cheap as possible.
