koni yellows
i got koni yellows and GC. when u adj the koni yellows is it suppose to make a clicking sound when u adj it? my suspension is so hard, how do i fix it? i hate feeling all these bumps, could mys shocks be blown? arent koni lifetime
No, Konis don't click. They're continuous in their adjustment. As for your suspension being "hard" what does that mean? Stiff, bouncy, skips, what? Just feeling bumps doesn't tell us much and certainly doesn't suggest your Konis are blown.

Why not try softening the shock adjustment a bit (or a lot) and see if it rides better? You don't say which shocks you have but if they are the externally adjustable Sports, turn the adjuster clockwise to go softer. If you are on the street and you have your adjustment turned up high then just back them down to soft or half a turn off soft. The ride should get notably smoother. If this does not make a difference then your springs are too aggressive for the ride you want and they will need to go softer. Don't blame the shocks for ride issues if you have them turned way up or if you have really high spring rates. That is why they are adjustable, so you can adjust them to suit your best.

I am sure you mean the warranty. If you are in Japan like your sig says, then maybe not. In North America, Konis are lifetime warranted but the rest of the world they are 3 year warranted unless the importer for your country applies their own lifetime warranty like we do here in North America. Ask your Koni dealer in your country.

btw, when i installed even my eibach prokits, i was initially unaccustomed to how stiff they were over stock and thought it was too much. you quickly get used to it actually. maybe you just havent gotten used to it.
My suspension setup (koni & H&R) doesn't seem too different than stock on the max soft setting. Try and describe the feeling of your ride with more description, and maybe someone can help.
