Default black itr chassis different

Ok this question may seem either extremly stupid, but it's something I want to know before I seriously considering buying this black ITR.

I have a couple of friends of mine telling me that the frames/chassis for BLACK ITR's were put together differently than those that are white/yellow.

Any truth to this?

why does everyone have to be asshats when someone has a question that you think is stupid? there isn't a "stupid" question, everyone on these boards were learning as well at one point or another and all of you have had "stupid" questions too.

to answer your question, which could of been done in one post, is no. all the colors all have the same chasis.

How else would be find enjoyable pleasure via the intraweb. I actually enjoy reading posts to questions such as this. There is such thing as a stupid question and this is one of them. regardless..if he would have search over the internet, he would have found the answer to this question.

The car in question was mine. It looks like I have a sale pending (though not to John, unfortunately) so this is a rather moot point anyways.

But things like this irritate me on many levels, and I will stand by my original comment that I posted. Once this car is gone I will be taking a break from H-T and the idiocy that seems to surround this place with suprising frequency. He asked a question - however stupid - is it really hard to post a legitimate response? Maybe he could have found what he's looking for by searching - but "black ITR" turns up over 500 threads in the archives of the ITR forum. I thought this place was about helping others out.

Later,

RJ

Why would the color of the paint make any difference? If he was really concerned with getting FACTUAL information then I'd stay as far away from internet forums as possible and try some itr websites, old articles or car sites that have actual factual information. Coming onto a forum as a n00b and posting a question about something like thinking that a model of car would be different than others of the same model and year based on its color is really stupid IMO. The first few responses were rather humerous and if he was concered with actual information I'd tell him to search a little deeper first.

one of my friends had told me that someone had posted up actual schematics of the yellow and black ITR chassis, and that the yellow and white ones had more weld points than the black one does, that is why this question was asked. so all of you ******* people out there can just suck my ******* *****. and yes, there are stupid questions, but if you have someone saying theyve seen schematics of something that says theyre different then wouldnt you ask just to make sure? yea prolly so, take it as you want but you ******** can blow me

hahah. I think its funny you feel a need to tell everyone you plan on taking a break from h-t after your car is sold. Do what you have to do..but dont talk of idiocy when honestly "idiocy" is what keeps this site going.
