Default Need Help, Broke off bolt oil sender screws into

I was tightening the adaptor for my oil line down, when the line turned upside down and poured oil on me. I guess I jerked the socket and snapped the bolt straight off. What I mean by bolt is the bolt on the block that the sender goes into. I can feel the screw still in there and it protrudes out a little. Its a hollow screw so I figure there's got to be something I can get in there to back it out with. Only prob is I don't have enough room to get a drill up there, so its got to be a hand tool. Any suggestions. I seriously need help on this one.

Since the bolt is hollow, can't I just use an extractor kit and just skip drilling the hole?
