i am installing a supercharger on my 2000 civic ex i just put the iac valve back on my car and i have two vacant 5/16th barb fittings on the bottom of the valve and i cant figure out where the hoses go from those two barbs can anyone please help?

 

Those two connections are for coolant hoses, its what makes the valve function...... (You can search for diagrams.....They are in these forums, the search is quite handy, but the word must be in the subject line from what I can tell.)

 

Do you have a picture of the valve you speak of? I think I broke that valve this summer while installing my turbo, if it's the same valve I can help Post a pic.

Anyhew...that don't help you know which hose goes where.....(And where they connect to on the other end....)

Well ****, that's not the valve, but let me check my set up. The supercharger is watercooled I take it?

 

know that i know that coolant hoses are what go there can anyone tell me where the hoses are supposed to come from

 

right under it if you took it off how come you cant put it back on?

 

because i put on supercharger and the directions had me replace a bunch of hoses
