Default Help Koni Install Question

I'm in the middle of an install on my ITR. I have one of the front struts reassembled. I'm trying to torque the pair of nuts that hold the entire assemebly together. The shaft of the shock keeps rotating and I cannot tighten to spec. The stock shock use an allen key to prevent this. How do keep the shaft from rotating?
Thanks

I've read your thread and it's been a big help, but it doesn't address my issue. With the spring compressed, I ran the nuts down the shaft. When I try torquing them to spec, the shaft moves. How do I keep this from happening?

Do the final torque with the car off jackstands Make sure you use 2 nuts *per shock*

You should see a 7mm (i think) hex at the top of the shaft just under the adjustment tab. Slip in a 7mm open ended wrench and you're good to go.
