Default After Market Caps

I dropped off my spare 2.0L B18C5 motor at the machine shop to have a line bore performed with the extra crank and main caps I had... Much to my dismay they said they would be unable to perform the line bore because the caps were too different from the block. They said the only viable solution would be if there was a company that made aftermarket caps with a smaller bore they could open up more.

My question to fellow ITR owners is, have you ever heard of such a creature (aftermarket main caps)??? I did a search for "after market caps" and there was only one other pos which, consequently did not really shed light on the subject.
Please help, I do not want to end up with an expensive paper weight.

I am trying to get the main caps to line up properly with the block. Actually my machine shop is doing it. But they are telling me that the caps that I gave them are too far off.
