Default Just bought a new camera and I have a few questions.

I just recently bought the Kodak EasyShare 7530 (5.0MP) and I am wondering if you can give me some tips so I can produce clearer pictures. Here are some sample pics after my recent offroad excursion :

Thanks!

tripod , like said before..

and STOP using the flash! really good photos are not taken with flashes. learn about F stops, iso speed, and apeture, and lens timing. when u learn how to use those 4 things in conjunction you will know exactly how to take pics the way you want. im sure the manual must explain about them

smaller aperture size = clearer picture.

make up for the light lost by the smaller aperture size w/ a slow shutter speed to let in more light and balance the photo. Try bracketing + and - and evaluate from there i guess.

if for some reason the shutter speed your using is 1/30 or slow, dont hold it with your hand or your photo will turn out blurry. 1/60 atleast if you want to be holding the camera in your hand

that's just a real general overview of what i'm thinking could be your problem i duno tho, theres some advanced photographers on here that could help u. your pictures just suck tho.

yeah, but you dont necessarily NEED a tripod unless your using a really slow shutter speed. Even the slightest chill down your arm will be recipe for a blurry picture. i would just read the manual

Biggest thing I could suggest is don't shoot in auto mode, learn your settings and use them. Read the manual and buy a tripod .

Practice, practice and more practice!

And invest in some sort of photo editing software, it's like a 35mm photographer without a darkroom.
