Be glad the ITRs don't have thermo valves, they're pain in the asses on GSRs and offen "unscrew" themselves requiring you to remove the TB or put up with total crap idle . Anyone who has owned a older GSR probably knows what I am refering to.

reason i asked is because most people that use the itr manifold on there 1st gen b16a end up using the 1st gen b16a tb. and without a place on the manifold to put the FITV, they end up with bad idle on cold days. yet the itr motor doesnt have the FITV and it works fine. whats the proper way to get around it?

We always remove the fast idle valve.
No unusual problems yet.
