How to: Lube Master/Slave Cylinder, Throwout Bearing, Clutch Fork
In an attempt to ride my integra of Clutch Squeak I am taking the advice of fellow HT'ers and plan on lubing the master/slave cylinder, throwout bearing, and clutch fork. I have a haynes manual but do not find it very useful. How would I go about completing these tasks ?? I have already WD 40'd the clutch springs so that is not the problem.
Here are some pictures of under the dash, from up top of the engine bay, and downlow of the engine bay. Can someone point out what is what ?? and what i need to lube ?? Also if disassembly is needed.

1. your pictures suck ***
2. you never spray anything on your clutch, especially WD40
3. if you want to get rid of your squeak, pull back the boot that covers the clutch fork, and grease the ball and socket

The initiative to resolve your problem is duly noted, but it seems that it's best you leave it to someone professional to perform.

Let me clear up something the actual squeak is coming from the the pivot point of the fork in the trans. It seems as though its coming from inside but its just that the sound sort of travels through the line causing the noise to seem as if it were inside. You need to remove the slave cylinder set it aside best you can, then remove the boot and try to use mirrors or whatever so you can see in there. Then using some form of lliquid lube (wd-40 will not last more thatn a week or so) you need to get the lube into the pivot. Yes it is much harder to do than it sounds. The only real proper way to do it is R&R trans lube a pivots with a good quality grease. Big hassle I know but I'm in the same boat and need to take care of it soon too it's driving me nuts......
Well hope I cleared things up for ya
