question

how come 97 jdm itr's have 4-lugs and 97 usdm have 5-lugs?

because 97 JDM is 96spec which also had the smaller brakes.
we have the 98spec Brakes.

soo 97 usdm R's have 98 spec brakes...wow...finally usdm was one step ahead of jdm

Dont forget that in 1997, the Civic Type R came out in Japan with the same 5 lug wheels we got. Not one step ahead, we just got CTR parts.

. soo the 97 R's got the NSX-R parts. soo what did the 98+ usdm R's got? did they change it to jdm 98spec R parts or kept with the NSX-R parts. or its all the same? tia

The US ITR wheels and CTR wheels are the front wheels from
the NSX-R. Thats about it.
