Default Plug Wire Resistance -- is this right??

I checked the resitance between the plug wires... set the meter to 20k OHM's and they all read from 3-7... occasional bump to like 15 but I think it's cuz there wasn't a good connection.

Is this good or bad??

honda manual says if they exceed 25k ohms then they need replacing.
So they're fine at 3-7k ohms.
