How the hell am I going to fix this? Is there any way I can ghetto rig this? Or find a replacement plug? And did this wire start to be used in 92? BTW 97 Civic with EX motor swap

just go to the junkyard find any D series within your Type ( OBDO, OBDI, OBDII)
and cut about 3" of wire off of the plug that way you can just match up the colors to the right pin
