Can I use an accord head on my f22a1 block?? will It bolt up?

Can I use an accord head on my f22a1 block?? will It bolt up?
Just wondering, cause I think the accord has a sohc v-tec, and the f22a1 is not. I want to use that head on my block, does any bodyknow if this set up will work, any info? thanks Ray
