Buyin an eg good deal?

some kid is gonna sell me a 92 vx with an ex motor for 350+a 1600 watt amp.. surface rust.. primer grey, clean title, what do u think..

Definitely worth it but seems pretty cheap, perhaps cuz of primer, but it prolly isnt in best shape either
