im looking for the timing marks on the crank pulley but cant seen 2 see it w/ my timing light koz the pulley's rusted, nebody know ne tricks for this? thanx

 

Man mine was pretty bad to but I cleaned it up with some steel wool and used (dont laugh) bright pink nail polish. It worked really well and I could see it perfectly.

Give that a try if you can see the marks even a little bit.

 

if ur lookin for TDC use the screw driver trick

 

where do u apply the nail polish? on the lines after scrubbin it off?

yeah thats a good trick but i was referring to ignition timing but thanx!

yeah the lines should be indented a bit in the metal of the pulley get the nail polish in the lines.
