the color is thaitian green pearl y0! and i only painted the door jams and the trunk today because time was an issueand also will take more pictures after the whole car is painted tmw.

where and what brand is the paint from? and did you use an oem number from a 91 si? or did they use it from a 92-95 civic?

yeah my goal is try to make the car close to stock looking but some $$ into the motor and suspension

Looking good, but why did you mask off the door seals? It's really easy to just take them off (without destroying them) and your paint job will be better because of it. Just a suggestion

i dont know if i should paint the moldings and the grille black after it all painted .....what u guys think ? show me an thaitian green ef hatchback with black moldings and stuff ...thanks agian for those postive comments

well really i was planning on to get new door seals later on anyway, they're kinda worn a lil so no worries for them

No it'll be fine, thats how I did my bumpers. Just use quality tape, dont leave it on for more than a couple days and take care when removing it.

at least i am not the only one wasting time on repaints on the old cars.






the car had 400,000 miles on it so it was a mess. and yeah yeah all the JDM guys no hate on the body kit i did what i did at the time.

That is a very nice deal to be able to do it your self. You save some $$ and can do an even better job since youve got the experience. that stock color is HOT like FIRE.
