Default finally could work in a body shop at tech school...

i been waitin to work on my car at the tech school so i just started sanding to remove all the old color off so here she is ...






this is only the beginning

just gonna remove all the crappy paint off then fix dents and what needed to be fixed then gonna paint it stock red color ...i think maroon ? or something...what the stock color of a 1990 dx hb that in red ?

Awesome, thought I was one of the few who did! Haha, good look man! You should definatley get an 88-89 front. The 90-91's in my opinion look kinda narrow and duck-bill like. Top off the 88-89 front with the Si lip, then she'll look mint!

Oh yeah, the red is Rio Red.

Won't putting little bumps with the da (like the honda on the hood) show up in the final paint? When my neighbor was helping me with my car I made some small nicks with the da, ones you could barely feel, and he told me that it'll show in the paint and I took the whole area down to bare metal.

Not criticizing just wondering.

yeah i heard abt the DA issue but that wont be a plm tho, and they guy asked me location it at charlottesville, va and why u asking me for a location ?

So how come your sanding the paint away instead of stripping it ?

no that is a civic front bumper and yes i did cut the hole for the fog lights and now i want a 88-89 front bumper bec they look alot better
