Default New Fuel Injectors/Pump

The engine is a F23. I was wondering what kind of gains i would get with upgraded, lets say 440cc injectors and a upgraded fuel pump? Also, I have searched and where do you guys think is a good place to get these things?
Thanks

Typically the ecu will prevent from too much fuel going into the motor and will regulate the flow from the injectors to protect it from running too rich or lean...but I could be wrong.

Exactly, with out any way to control them the car won't even idle. There is no need for them unless you have a turbo set up or one bad *** N/A machine
