Hey whats up guys, i love my integra like every one of you but some things just really bother the heck out of me,
1. Cupholders are useless
2.Coinholder is a joke
3. oil changes are a pain in the @ss ( tight space )
4. every ricer out there wanting to race
other than those things, i lovee my car

 

Cops like to target integras.. especially in the bay... **** actually, they just target all imports.

Squeaking hatch, fender lining always seems to fall off on lowered integras, and when washing the car, water keeps dripping from the mirrors and the tailights

 

1. "cheap" sound when closing the doors
2. noise / rattling when hitting a bump
3. easy to steal
4. kid car image - some peeps ask me if it's my girlfriends car

Despite that, still love the way it drives.

And I hate the fact that to change my alternator i gotta take out my axle.

 

dude oil changes arent that bad at all, but as far as the dumb ricers go that try to race.....grrrrrr ****** annoying. oh and civic owner tries to come up on our **** to throw the motor into their civic. the cup holders are ok. the change holder sucks ***. lmao. oh and the antennas suck. ive had 8 integras and all of em had rattling noises when driving.

all kinds of noises, and lots of road noise. Door panels seem cheap. The rear quarter panels bend at the first sign of danger. Big door, hatch gaps. The headlights do not match the tail lights in any way (USDM). FWD!!!!!!!!. I still love it though, and have always loved 3rd gen looks. Its a really good car for the proce IMO

 

non-vtec automatics are slow. And not as much fun to drive. Despite that, I love my DC4

 

insurance costs

squeeks and rattles and road noise like a ************ (granted the squeeks came after suspension work and exhaust etc.)

cheap sounding doors - i def. second that.

water in my taillights and trunk for that matter (fixable)

steering wheels like a bus (and 4 spoked wheels are gay) (fixable)

my radio flys out when i quick shift or when vtec engages (still havent found a remedy for that if anyone does hit me up PLEASE. i dont wanna put a screw threw the tray) (fixable i hope)

how much better the jdm front end looks then the usdm front end. (fixable if you have G's to throw away)

other then that i think its an awesome car.

I have been drooling over the thought of a JDM ITR SRS steering wheel.. Except i'm not sure what i'll do with the cruise control switches and such from the OEM wheel.

cup holders are useless because evrytime u pick up the cup your hand hit the radio and either change the station or skip to da next song

I've taken the alternator off countless times on my old DA without removing the axle. Hieu it takes patience's young grasshopper.

Where do you take the alternator out from? Everywhere i read its either take out the axle, or take out your master cylinder. BTW hows the civic man! You better be at Eibach may 1st!

lmao, i remember when i 1st installed mine and punched the gas in 1st my deck came rocketing out @ my knuckles. Since then i had a screen installed under my deck w/ a install kit that utilized both slots. and nothing ever came flying out @ me

Im pretty sure you can get a kit w/ the pocket under it n whatnot. But anyway, yea i have to agree w/ the cup holders, drinks would always hit the eject button on my alpine deck when i hit bumps, the motorized face would come down and smash into the cup and get all wierd n ****.

Head room is def. another one. FWD, as for the kiddie image, i kinda hear ya there.
But hey, its a good car to modify, and i think the amount of time/money we all put into these things, seperates us from the kids.

hahaha that made me laugh so hard im glad someone understands. heres the thing- i had an aftermarket one when i bought it, but right after i bought the car i put a stock one with the pocket back in, and theres no where for it to grab, so im guessing im missing clips somewhere or something or one of those metal sleeves

haha im still laughing about how you described it as rocketing out. the whole ******* assembly just aims for my knuckles when i go from first to second and then i cant get into third its such a pain in the ***!!! hahaha oh man.. good times.

 

ive got to say...my only annoyance is insurance
stock the car was my idea of a perfect car...sure some things may seem "cheap" but what do you care about the interior door panels or the motor
my annoyances mainly come from my coilovers having too high of a spring rate....other than those 2 things....i would not trade this car up for anything....yes anything...if i wanted something new or "better" i would just work my *** off to pay for it....i love my gsr
