what precision turbo is good

Default what precision turbo is good

Does anyone know what Precision turbo I need to use without having a lot of turbo lag? Im putting it on a LS/Vtech with GSR head. I would like to make at least between 400 and 500 without a lot of turbo lag.

go with the gt35, so you have room to turn up the boost
