I wanted to know if anyone has this mini-me setup: a zc block with a y8 head. I read that Honda Tuning says that this combination = 12.6:1 compression ratio. That seems really high to me my question is does it run that safely ? that high compression all stock? Also I see a lot of "chips" on ebay for diff. name brands (skunk2, mugen etc..) and it says you can chip your ecu which changes things like rev limit, are these for real? is it that easy of a thing to do to have a 9500 rpm rev limit?? Whats the truth behind these chips ? Any feed back is appreciated !
