Default Throttle body removal

I've been trying to remove the throttle body off of my '90 integra for some cleaning, but that thing is just fused to the intake manifold. I got all the hoses and nuts disconnected from it already so it's not that it's just plain and simply stuck.

Has anyone had a similar experience and what did you do to get that thing off?

the gasket seals the TB to the manifold, so you just gotta wiggle it and apply some force when pulling it off after you removed the bolts.

yea.. the gasket is probably just old and has the tb sealed to the manifold pretty tight.. just pull straight out and wiggle it a little.. you'll get it.

Thanks guys. A couple good hits with my rubber mallet did the trick so now that it's off it's time to clean. Thanks again.
