Would worn LMA's have any effect on power output at all? I suspect I may need to replace mine and I have a dyno appointment this Saturday. Just looking for guidance. Thanks yall.

I know that much. :-( Just hoping to get by on the dyno. It is nothing terrible, just a slight tick that I thought a valve lash adjustment would take care of.

These LMAs are holding up great to my high lift cams... I think these are designed better also, they won't stick... and they're cheap. H22 LMAs

Thanks, I have been wanting to use those for a while. I was just kind of unsure of the whole .040 shim thing. I guess it works well for a lot of people so I will give them a whirl.

I've got a full set of 99 type sh LMA's that I'm not using, they just sit in plastic in my tool box. I know a lot of b16 guys want these LMA's to cut cost down from buying type R LMA's. Pm with any questions!
