what does a standard T03 flange on the exhaust side look like?

what does a standard T03 flange on the exhaust side look like?
i know that its a standard 4 bolt where it attaches to the manifold, but where it attaches to the downpipe, what does a standard T03 flange look like? is the the 5 bolt or 4 bolt?
