sohc manifold to y8 manifold questions
Purge Cut Solenoid Valve: Don’t bother with the one from the Y8 fuel rail…sell it on ebay. Just run a vacuum line to the stock A6 solenoid that is mounted on the firewall.
can u tell me where on the firewall a cn find this and where do i get the vacuum line from
I'm also using a gsr tb not my stock tb and on top of the stock tb theres a vacuum that runs to the charcoal canister now on my gsr tb there is no where to put the vacuum that comes from the charcoal canister where do i put the vacuum
i'm using a b18c5 gsr tb can i use the rotor that on the tb or do i have to use the one off my d15b motor
where the purge cut solenoid valve was what goes there now i was looking at the pic and it say that the bashpot goes there what and where is that
now i'm using a gsr tb do i still have to bypass the coolant from th tb and the iacv or do i hook it up with this tb
THANK FOR AL THE HELP

if you look HERE, under vacuum lines it shows were the p-c-s valve is. look on your vacuum diagram under the hood.

run the existing port on the TB to the charcoal canister which then runs to the purge-cut-soleinoid valve.
either extend your map sensor wiring to plug into the TB(abandon the stock, firewall mounted one) or take out the map sensor on your b18c5 TB and run a vacuum line to your stock map sensor (if possible)

the one on the b18c5 tb should be fine. you wont have a dashpot on that setup.

you wont have a dashpot, just plug the extra vacuum stubouts on the manifold.

you dont have to bypass the coolant at all. just hook it up as from the factory if you'd like.
