when do u know its neccesary to change ur brake fluid?

u should change it when its a dark color as opposed to a clear, amber color

In theory, it should be changed every time you change the pads by simply rebleeding the brakes.

But in general, every 3 years is fine.

The idea is to get rid of the stagnant fluid within the calipers or cylinders.
