engine specs????

is it a b16 with b20 rods (rs ratio: close to 1.75)

or is it a 92 mm b20 (rs ratio somewhere around 1.5)

this and a number of other factors (intake, head, header and exhaust) gives enough info to provide a reasonable estimation

hmm with stockish compression would be tempted to head more towards 8500-8750.
either way you don't want to rev too much past that on stock bottom (bar pistons)
