Default Broken Swaybar End links?

I have a 00 Accord sedan and replaced my suspension back to stock but I keep hearing clunking noises when I go over bumps and dips. I checked it out and tightened everything and it appears that the front sway bar end links wont tighten.

The nut just keeps turning with the bolt in either direction and I cant hold the other end because of that funny looking cap on the other end. Is it broken or is there something I am missing to tighten the sway bar end links?

PS: NEW Omnipower USA full coilover setup for the 6th gen accord now for sale

not sure but for the si rear sway bar, to tighten down the endlinks you need an allen wrench which goes in the middle of the bolt. size i believe 5 mm.
