strut brace

Could anyone tell me if there are nuts underneath the bolts for the stock front strut brace on my LS? My friend told me no, but I can keep unscrewing it and it wouldn't budge. Thanks.

nope the holes are there, i put the stock gsr strut bar on my ls today the each side use a 14mm bolt and a 10mm bolt
