-I HAVE 2002 DC5-S, BLACK ON BLACK
-I BOUGHT THE CAR IN 2002 FEB
-I LOOK NOW ON MY REAR SEATS, ON THE TOP THE LEATHER IS JUST NASTY
-ITS DIS-COLORED LIKE OFF GREY SOME AREAS KINDA WHITE
-THE FEEL OF IT IS COARSE AND ROUGH NOT SMOOTH LIKE LEATHER
-WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE LEATHER INTERIOR?
-OR WHAT CAN I DO TO REPAIR OR JUST CURED THE LEATHER?

Wow sounds like the sun got the best of your leather. I'd ask acura about it, it doesnt hurt to ask..... Sometimes.
Also use some lexol cleaner and conditioner 1-2 a month should help out a bit

Ask your dealer, usually they will warrenty it, the dealer warrentied my front seats since the wear was rediculous for how long ive had it. make sure you do it before 50,000
automotive grade hides use a little more preservative in them than residential leather. still, it is skin and it needs to be kept moisturized and clean. a good cleaner like mentioned above will help.
keeping your car cool and dry is also a very good idea. it sounds like your leather may have gotten wet and may be starting to mildew. if that is the case, wash it gently with a mild soad, warm water and a clean cloth. let it dry completely, then treat it with a moisturizing cleaner.
just to add some credibility, i am a former automotive stylist, designing automotive interiors. i now design office and residential furniture.
good luck!
