Proper injector cc's for 11.5 to 1 compression forged h22?
Pretty much what the title ask? I'm sleeving my h22a4 and I've already got my Holley adjustable fpr. I've been told the stock h22 fuel pump can make 350 hp on a turbo setup so I think it will be sufficient up to 60 psi on the fpr! Also thinking I'll be fine with a stock rail and the Holley is a rising rate reg on a 1:1 ratio. I know I'll need bigger injectors but I want to stick with a stock 87 mm bore so I don't know how many more cc's I'll need from the 290cc saturated injectors it has now. Also I've read up on RC Engineering injectors but would like to know if the obd1 clips I'll need have to be wire directly to the stock harness. I should have my block back from Golden Eagle soon. I'm having them build it so I don't have to worry about errors on a $3000 bottom end. I'm taking ASE atuo technology right now and I've got a lot to learn.
I've got all my parts bought and I've sent my head to Pocketrockets racing for a stage 2 port and polish. I'm having some extensive bowl work done and I'm having crower stage 2 cams, tit retainers, dual valvesprings, ss valves, and ferrea bronze valve guides installed. I bought a brand new cylinder head from Honda so I'm happy my motor will brand new again. I bought all honda oem gasket kits, oil pump, and water pump. I chose STR pro 570 cam gears.
I know a 2.5 inch exhaust setup would best suit me but I'm just about out of cash so I'll have to live until I decide on what the best header for this motor will be. I've got a DC header with the 2.5 collector mod to a reducer high flow test pipe mated with a stainless steel DC catback. I've got a vafc2 for now and may purchase EMS with my income tax if my wife wont kill me. I hope to get a decent tune on the vafc but it stinks you can't change your ignition tables.
I'd appreciate some helpful information from you guys. This forum produced some beasts and I'd like to contribute but I'm putting the motor back together and degreeing the cams. Shouldn't be hard but I already pulled it myself and tore it down so I'm excited about possibly having a pretty stout motor myself.

just wondering.. why pay so much money(get your block sleeved and forged internals) if sticking with a stock bore and only going 11.5cr?
Well forged piston and forged rods in a GE block with standalone I should be able to spray 125 shot direct port without worrying about any sleeve cracking. That's my ultimate goal but I won't be able to do anything like that unless I've got the EMS installed. I really just wanted to know what size injector setup would be best for the all motor part of it. I might not even ever spray again who knows. I just think with a prospeed or hytech header and a nice 2.5 exhaust setup it will still make good power. I'm not looking for big hp just 200 to the wheels at least for now!

I've been debating the same thing.
In California, we have 91 Octane Fuel. I wonder how high I can realistically go, and still make good power. I don't want to sleeve it, run forged pistons, just to go 11.5:1 (like the JE Pistons). If that's the case, I might as well just run Type S pistons.
I've seen some people say 11.5:1 is good. I've seen a couple of custom H22A 12.5:1 pistons being sold, but I'm not going to jump on it unless I can realistically use it on 91 Octane.
Still doing my research.

We've got 94 octane here in Ohio so that is one plus. I didn't want an oem piston in my block if I'm going to spray a good shot to it. So can anyone answer my injector question?
