spark plugs
Follow closely, maybe even read the following points more than once.
Running "lean" can be too much air.
Running "rich" can be not enough air.
Running "lean" can be not enough fuel.
Running "rich" can be too much fuel.
As we all know, an overly "rich" or "lean" condition in the motor can be costly. Especially in a new or rebuilt engine. The point made above simply states that, if your engine is running too "rich", it doesn't necessarily mean that it's getting too much fuel.
From your pictures the spark plugs look a little on the white side to me.

For 30K miles, I agree. Pretty even across the four, nice and tan.
A couple of guides on spark plug reading, you may want a peek to confirm for yourself:

Spark Plugs that are Firing Normal:
A grayish tan to while color indicates the correct heat range spark plug is in use, the fuel and ignition systems are in good shape and overall engine mechanical condition is good. Replace with new plugs of the same heat range. Refer to the owner's manual for recommended spark plug change interval.
