Default weird noise from rear disk brakes

i just changed my rear rotors and pads, and now when i brake it makes a SSsssSSSsssss noise. what could it be? i took it easy for about 150 miles and noise is still there. rotors are brand new Brembo and pads are autozone, does it matter how i screwed the rear piston in? i think the left side was just enough to get it on and the right side i got in pretty far. im stumped, can you help?

is it a squeaking noise? are your pads still in good condition? one of my calipers locked up after my brake swap but it wasn't a metal on metal noise.

So this is only a noise when you brake? What happens when you drive and pull the e-brake handle? Could be a perfectly normal noise. I know when I changed from OEM when I bought the car to aftermarket pads, they got alot noisier on braking. It's probably nothing to worry about...

somthing similar happened to me when i changed al the brake pads to EBC Green Stuff and the rotors to Racing Brake slotted and cross drilled rotors. if you have slotted and cross drilled in the rear they make that noise when the brakes warm up. and if im haulin *** and need to stop fast, 3 clicks of the Ebrake and smoke comes from my rear wheels (but the tires don't lockup).
