As far as headers go I am probally just going to get a DC 4-2-1 or something cheap because my ultimate goal is to save up for a turbo kit.
I thought it was pointless to get a header if you are going turbo cause you have to change your exhuast manifold anyway?

Besides that, from what i've read, a 4-1 header is best for a car with vtec and a 4-2-1 is better for non-vtec. Someone can confirm or disconfirm, but that seems to be the general thing I've heard. JDM seems like the best header choice for power, but you have a lot to deal with if you wanna change your exhuast to JDM. If you wanna stay USDM, i would think that the DC 4-2-1 one piece would be your best bet.

For the LS, I heard the Chikara 4-2-1 is pretty good (i think it was Chikara, I'll double check that). I was going to get the DC Sports ceramic 4-2-1 for even more low end and mid range power... 4-1 is good for higher rpm power, vtec....

for a 1.8 vtec (frankenstein, gsr, itr, etc...), the DC Sports JDM 4-1 header is the best. PERIOD. I've read sooooo many posts and looked at sooooo many dyno's I know that much.

oh, just to stay with the post topic of i/h/e... AEM COLD AIR INTAKE or Iceman, but most people prefer AEM depending on the climate in your area. Exhaust... You said you like the N1.... I'd get it over the RM just b/c the RM... that's just me though. I like it's styling and tone better. Their was a post a few days ago comparing the RM, N1, and Comptech. Whichever way you go, if you are going turbo in the future, the exhaust isn't going to be a keeper... If you go ahead and get a 3" cat back turbo n1 exhaust it's going to hurt your bottom end until you get the turbo. If you get the standard 2.25" catback n1 (maybe 2.5" ???) then it will create a huge bottlekneck when you install your turbo.
