Default taillight question

i accidently sprayed paint/decal stripper onto my del sol taillights... now they're all foggy. i sanded it down, ran water over it and it looks like new again; just foggy i take it there was a clear car gloss coating on them?

use a Metal Polish to get it off.

OR... use Maguires PlastiX. Works like a charm.

I would say try spraying gloss on them.
Although.. thinking about what I think I know about plastic, you might need new tail lights.

It'll work... trust me. After you sand down plastic (like the headlights) it gets all foggy and stuff. And you need a polish to buff it out. Try the Maguires PlastiX or a Metal Polish.

Edit: Wait... did you wet sand? Or just sand? And what grit?!
