no one can tell you what that will put down.
it will make your car "faster" then it is now.
you could search for "GSR dyno" or "b18c dyno" and look and see what mods they have and dyno graphs.

all with archive checked.
look at a bone stock one, then try to find someone with close to the mods you want. that would give you SOME idea, but nothing exact, all dynos vary, especially different brands.

im doing a gsr swap in my crx. how does yours pull stock? ever ran it in a 1/4?
anyway, seriously, exhaust and intake dont give that much hp to the wheels but they do help. especially if your going to get cams. see its just so hard to say because say u just did intake and got 5whp. say u just did exhaust u get 5whp. now add together thats 10 right? could be wrong, because the intake reacts a different way with the exhaust mostly in a good way. then figure those cams(depending on what stage) will help that intake out more and probably the exhaust too. fine tune it and you should be ok.
heres the breakdown, i have a full interior crx and me and some people are guessing maybe 12.9 now. i use to say 13.3 because i had exedy flywheel, exedy stage 1 clutch, itr header, modded intake, skunk 2 intake manifold. the rest was like traction bars and stuff which will help out. but see now i have a JUN chipped ecu and ctr cams and ctr valve train. those cams will perorm great with that ecu intake and exhaust. so im saying 12.9 is a possibility with a good 60 foot and nice launch. lets just say you get stage one cams then i would say maybe, 13whp with exhaust and intake...possibly 15whp. look up gsr crx project and savee it. when im done i'll run my car.
