Rainx only works for fog on the outside of the windows. For the inside it's basically just the defroster. But yeah, definitely make sure your drawing in outside air, not just recirculating the inside air (A/C helps too)
RainX's anti-fog application... sucks.
Periodically use a wet rag to wipe down the window. I sometimes use mildly soapy water. (For me, most glass cleaners cause the windshield to fog up fairly easily.)
If you're a smoker, your cigarette smoke slowly leaves a film behind on the windshield that fogs up easily, so clean more frequently.
As already mentioned, use fresh air. Your own breath is humid, so if you have a few people in the car, it's going to fog up... no way around it w/o A/C.

i drive with the window slightly cracked, but ny weather (massive rain) been forcing me to use ac ( gas killer 2.19 83 octane
)... im gonna invest in a rain guard soon,,,, they look kinda funky on coupes but who cares... itll take care of the problem.

I've been told a foggy film means you put it on too thick, but I still haven't had any luck with it. Windex, clean it real good, & use a dry chamois to wipe off the last bit seems to work the best for me. BTW I like RainX on the outside.
Recirculating the air is the worst mistake (if you're doing that...), I use AC sometimes for defrosting but don't always need it.

My windshield ALWAYS has RainX on the outside... Heck, all my windows are RainX'd.

Rain X anti fog wipes work but not well and leaves a film behind
Rain X for your exterior window works wonders, see the water gather and roll off your window in a thunderstorm w/o using your windshield wiper and you gotta be going fast
its cool
