Default Stalling problem please help

I have a 95 Civic EX that is having a major stalling problem. It will only stall out after the car has totally warmed up and the coolong fan kicks on. I have tried just about everything so far. I have swapped out the following sensors: O2, both coolant temp, MAP, AIC, TPS with whole TB assembly. I also changed the fuel filter, checked the cam timing and ignition timing. Like I said, everything seems to fuction properly....the idle is good...you can rev the engine and it goes back to idle just fine too. Not until it is totally warmed up then if you rev it it bogs like crazy and then stalls. Then it won't restart until it cools off for 10 or 15 min.
Please help as I really have nothing left to change except the ECU.

Thanks for the help anyways but I found the problem. The screw backed out on the distributor rotor. It still does not make sense why it would only have problems when the car warmed up. Rgardless it runs like a champ now after it warms up. Thanks for the input.....
