AEM fuel rail leak...need help
I installed an AEM fuel rail and adjustable regulator and have noticed some gas leaking from the rail. On the rail, there is the spot to mount the regulator and a hole to mount the fuel pres. gauge. I mounted the gauge on the fuel filter instead and plugged the rail hole with the piece provided. Point is, its leaking. How can I fix this?
Mine did the same thing, I eventually had to use JB weld on it to stop it from leaking. My friends also did the same thing. Try tightening the allen bolt, if that doesnt work, throw it in the garbage because that is where aem fuel rails belong anyway.
What about putting some teflon tape arround the blot that is supposed to be sealing it??
If not teflon tape what about some sort of sealer made for gas?? (like honda bond, but for fuel)

Its not leaking where the regulator is, its leaking by the "spare hole" where a fuel pressure gauge could go

I'll try that and see what happens. If that doesnt work, I may have to weld it. Thanks for your help all!
