Default LS, big cams, mill head?

does anyone know how much clearance you'd have between stock pr4 pistons and crower 62404 cams? i want to mill my head 0.050" to get the c/r where i want it, in the low 10's. if i remember right, i can spin my cam gears all the way over (10 degrees either way) w/o contacting pistons to valves, and i can even put the cams off a tooth from the crank and it still turns over fine, no contact. i'm just thinking on my feet here, and trying to avoid a couple hundred bucks to raise compression ratio where i could just spend $30. i'll be doing a full rebuild at the same time, and BTW, i'll be using 82mm factory PR4-style pistons.
