just recently a friend of mine moved outta Cali & left me his 95 Integra. The stock B18b1 was completly frozen at the crank. I guess he sucked some h2o through his CAI. Another problem, it has an auto tranny. Ive looked up sites that sold JDM frontclips & "complete changeovers" Does a front clip have everything needed to change to a manual trans?(ECU, clutch res. pedals, mounts, lines, etc...) Does anyone have any advise on which direction to take with this project? B18c5, B20, H22, if possible I would like to put in a JDM K20 w/ a 6spd. tranny, Which would give the most power for my money?

its a royal pain in the but to convert from auto to 5spd
so best bet is to get it up and running and sell
then buy a 5 spd... less of a waste of money and time.....
