Default opinions on spring rate...300f/380r or 300f/450r on a turbo sohc del sol?

As the title asks, what would be better? Right now i have 300 lb and 450 lb springs for ground controls. I found somebody that may be willing to swap his 380's for my 450's, so I could also have that setup. What do you guys think would be the best with illumina's/agx's on a daily driven car?

you just have to take corner abit slower. i have a buddy who has a set of 1100lb rear springs and its really not that bad. but it is also on what kind of driving other than the day to day stuff. oh and go with the AGX.

there is no need for the 900 lb springs on a street car, they can easily be swaped out when at the track.

keep your springs that you have now. illuminas are what i would go with.

yeah but honestly who really wants to be changing out springs at the track when you could be doing other stuff to get ready.
