<FONT COLOR="royalblue"> Everytime I turn off wipers, they never return to the original possible. They stay in the position I turn them off at. I replaced the wiper switch with another and the problem persits. Any ideas? I might replace the motor next. </FONT>

 

did you replace the relay?

it should be under the dash, easiest way to find it is to look at a manual or turn them on and folow the clicking noise

 

I dont have my manual with me right now but when i get a chance ill look up exactly where it is
