question about my inner fender.
on the inner fender i have a strip that runs along the inside from front to back. seeing how my car is lowered it seems to rub on this strip. i was thinking about hitting it out with a hammer. has this happend to anyone else?
I've read a few threads before of a couple people who have done this before. I also remember reading about someone who ended up with a slashed tire (slashed down the middle) from hitting a bump at high speeds. So i say go for it.
Let us know how it goes, so i can do it myself.

I don't think he's talking about rolling the fenders, but i'm not sure. Look inside your fender and you'll see a hump that goes down the middle of your inside fender.

Yes, you can hammer this flange down, a bigger hammer helps. I did it on my slammed del Sol, and my DB8 (4-door GS-R). I got mine pretty flat, and didn't take too long (~30 minutes, both sides), just take your tires off, and don't miss and hit something else...
Good luck.

if you're gonna do it, don't do it the half *** way.
or you could just not be a stunna and raise your car 1/4 inch. problem solved.
